- Based on readiness and current skills, the players not selected for the more advanced Kid Pitch team / game will have opportunities for game action. As the entire roster develops their skills (especially pitching), there will be additional kid pitch opportunities for all players with the goal of transitioning to all kid pitch games.
- Players that are behind in terms of skills development based on defined metrics may get less playing time in games, to support a competitive environment for games against other programs.
- Coaching Staff : TBD
- General Manager / Lineup Strategy : Mark Strauch
Other questions / answers / notes:
- We will do a modified schedule where we do 2 events one week and 3 events the next week, alternating.
- We will play other travel ball programs, and have fun / success growing a team.
- All players will be asked to ramp up either as a pitcher or a catcher. Never too early to be working on one / both at home too.
