Over the last 8 years we work really hard to create systems and operational excellence for our organization. Part of that is their communication and part of that is through documentation of our systems and best practices. When all of our families are aware of the following information, it does a couple things:

- It creates efficiencies that free up time for the coaches, and program, it allow for efficient scheduling, communication, and strategy.

Coaches in our program interact with John Kennedy regularly, and he is a part of every TeamSnap team (along with me).
He is expanding his role to include direct communications with parents regarding any organizational questions. We still strongly encourage everyone to first go to your coaches with any questions regarding your team or player. If you feel like you need to escalate any concerns regarding your player or team, please contact me.
But otherwise, John Kennedy is the best first point of contact for any baseball operations questions. Best communication is through email to [email protected].

- Please keep TeamSnap availability updated at least one week in advance.
- If your player has some availability constraints, please add them as an availability note instead of a chat message.
