10U - San Diego Hawks Baseball

NOTE: Players officially "age up" Labor Day weekend, but within Hawks Baseball we use the new age when referring to our Summer (through August) baseball programs.

TEAMS & COACHES

Similar to last year's 9U division, we will have two highly competitive teams in our 10U division and a 3rd team that will be competitive in games, and D3 tournaments.

10U (Gerken)

• Coach Greg Gerken will be leading most of our returning 9U (Gold) team will return to continue to play together at the 10U age.
• Supporting Coaches : Steve Heftman

10U (PRoe)

• 10U Players under Coach Phil Roe will be split into TWO teams: 
  • We will take the most talented players that join our organization and form another top team through an "earn it" process.
    • When it is clear that a player will end up on our top team, we will let them know and let the process play out until we have 12 players that have earned a spot on that team.
  • The players that don't make this roster, through our "earn it" process, will play as a group. Because of the level of players that we get in our organization, we expect all teams to be competitive in games and tournaments.
