The San Diego Hawks baseball player development program started in 2016 and in that time, has grown into one of the largest and most comprehensive baseball training programs in San Diego.

San Diego Hawks - We Believe
- We believe that the player development that is happening with the Hawks is second to none. Through the use of technology, best industry knowledge, and attention to detail, we are seeing unprecedented growth in our program.
- We love the game, our players, and our Hawks families, and put a lot of value on not only a player's baseball development, but also their development as a young person.

- Innovation - Within weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown, Hawks Baseball was doing virtual coaching clinics and has rolled out Blast Baseball across the organization. We are constantly working to implement another next level player development system as part of our club.
- Scheduling - Hawks Baseball has over 20 years of scheduling experience and provides the SDBA Scheduling service to teams around San Diego County. Our teams are in good hands in terms of having a schedule that optimizes for player development.
