San Diego Hawks 11U Program
11U (OG) -- Arguably one of the top five teams at their age division in San Diego, this group of Hawks returns for another season after a 25-10-1 Fall 2025 season, including multiple gold division tournament wins! Coach Greg Gerken returns to lead the squad, with over five years of coaching youth sports and entering his fourth year at the helm of this team.
11U (PROE) -- This group of young Hawks played to the tune of an over .500 record all year, from August 2025-May 2026 in their first year together. They scored over 8.5 runs per game through the month of February and continued to learn how to play together, eventually earning #1 seeds in tournaments as the season progressed. Arizona was a blast, and the group is excited for more baseball in year two, continuing to foster team chemistry on the field and creating lifelong friendships off of it. Coach and Director of Baseball Operations Philip Roe returns for season two with the Hawks, bringing his depth of experience to help these boys continue to grow into young leaders and develop their games. Coach Steve Wray also returns, a former Division I pitcher at Lehigh and the manager of a 4S Ranch Little League team this past season (Spring 2026).
11U (New) -- We are excited to bring another group of young Hawks into our Hawks family this fall. We have a lot of great coaches within our program, and are currently ramping them up with our other Hawks teams, making sure we pick the right candidate for this group of boys. An update will be announced shortly on the manager for this squad once the process is complete.
Our full program season starts in August, but we have a compete set of flexible baseball events open to all players during the Summer leveraging our exclusive facility (The Nest Baseball Academy) and field access.
