12U - San Diego Hawks Baseball

Note: Players officially "age up" Labor Day weekend, but within Hawks Baseball we use the new age when referring to our Summer (through August) baseball programs.

Teams & Coaches

We have space for 50 players in our 12U program and like our 11U program in 2023/24, we will have the deepest and most complete 12U program in San Diego county. 

12U (Prime)

• Our top team will be one of the best in San Diego and has demonstrated success at the Majors (D1) level.
• Coaches : Azure Centeno, Zane Bowman

12U (San Jule)

• Our second team will be another top team in San Diego, and push the 12U (Prime) team to be the best.
• This team will seek out D2 and D1 (Majors) teams to play as it earns it place in our list of Prime (Top 10%) teams.
• Coaches : John San Jule, Trevor Young, Jim Bradford

12U (Gold)

• Our Gold teams can compete at the D2 level and will win tournaments at the D3 level.
• We are looking for a group of talented players that want to commit to developing into a top level team.
• Coaches : Taka Horton, Stephen Klenske

​We are being selective and only adding players that are Top 50% in travel ball, or our coaches believe they have the ability, work ethic and coachability to quickly get there.

Cooperstown - Summer 2025

San Diego Hawks Baseball will be competing in one of the most iconic tournaments in America as we head to Cooperstown!

We have our 3 teams participating in this amazing experience! Note: We typically target mid to late July are as our tournament week.
