Recommended Process for Tournament Readiness
- Select a tournament weekend for the team to participate in. (Team)
- Register and pay for the team. (Organization)
- Get commitments from team players on who is going. (Team)
- Let the organization know who is going and if less than 11 committed families, then the organization will help complete your tournament roster. (Organization)
- Select a hotel on the tournament list that is in a good location, and provides good value for families. A link to the available hotel blocks will be communicate out to your team leaders through the organization. It is mandatory that ALL travel teams utilize at least 8 rooms per night. (Team)
- See your tournament location / fields using the tournament website link.
- Reserve room blocks. Parents individually use the provided confirmation link/confirmation number through Jessica to attach name to reservation.
- Any changes or cancellations can be handled individually by parent with tournament travel service provider.

Tournament Fees (estimates)
Fees can vary greatly from team to team, based on a number of circumstances including number of players going, but a general estimate (if you have 11 players fully committed) is as follows:
Any estimate will be communicated out after your hotel block is selected and the number of players going is established.
We ask that all families pay a $100 deposit towards the tournament fees in late January.

- 2 paid coaches : $350 per player
- 1 paid coach : $225 per player
- no paid coaches : $100 per player
