12U Teams (late Summer after their 12U season)

Our club has selected for Cooperstown Dreams Park for many reasons, but a few more quick notes:
- Dream Park is true to the Cooperstown small town historical vibe, in the heart of things and fits our Hawks culture better.
- Drunk fans at All Star Village has been a serious problem.
- Dreams Park is the larger tournament, with more teams.
Pricing and Payment Options
A rough estimate of the cost per player for Cooperstown is between $1800 and $2300 per player. The final cost depends on the number of players and coaches.
Each family can choose one of the 3 options in terms of payment options. In each case, $1500 will be due by the middle of February before the final payment is due to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The balance due based on all final expenses will be invoiced in the middle of March.
Note: This does not include travel or other expenses. It does include lodging / food for the players / coaches (only), as they stay in barracks as a team, for the Cooperstown Experience.
1. Pay the $1500 up front and opt out of any required fundraising activities.
2. Pay the $1500 in separate payments ($250 invoiced the 10th of each month from September through February), and opt out of any required fundraising activities.
3. Fundraising Required. This group is still required to pay the monthly payments, but will work together with the other families, the teams, the organization to create fundraising opportunities / events. The expectation is that many of the families that have opted out of fundraising, will still support those that need it by being a part of these fun events.
