Spring Baseball Program (February - May)
** We have a plan for all of our Hawks families and players! Find the information specific to your player below...
13U - 14U
For all of our 13U and 14U teams, we make travel ball the priority as players get closer to competing in high school baseball. Some players may choose to play Little League to get extra reps, but our goal is to get players ready for high school baseball and beyond (not the priority for rec baseball).
7U - 12U
After a full, active program January, we start to transition to a more flexible program in February for many of our teams.
For our 12U and younger players --- Hawks Baseball always has and always will support local community-based baseball (Little League, PONY), including the All Stars experience. We will design our program around that support and are also an active sponsor for multiple local leagues. Having said that, we also believe that our younger Hawks players should have the option to continue to participate in our full next level player development program in the Spring too!
You have options...
Sunday Only Players
- Continue with Sunday games and some tournaments (mostly 1 day Sunday Blitz format) with your Hawks team.
- Cost for the Spring baseball program is $295 and covers all Sunday activities / games during those 4 months, excluding tournaments.
- Optional practices / clinics / training opportunities available. Pay per event --- typically between $20 and $30, depending on activity.
- Note: Many of our teams do a Spring Training tournament experience trip to Arizona in March, so may add some additional weekday events to their schedule in preparation.
Flex Program
Some of our developmental teams lose players in the Spring as they want to only focus on Little League. This provides an opportunity for our players that want to keep working, but also to give access to our program to NEW players, we have developed our Flex Program to optimize opportunities for players.
Our per event, flexible pricing model for the Spring Program will be as follows:
- Hawks game against another team ($35)
- Any other baseball event ($25) --- $5 discount for Sunday Only Kids as an add-on event
- Participation will be tracked through our online scheduling solution, in combination with TeamSnap
Full Program Kids
- Like with our 13U and 14U programs, travel baseball is the priority and we will lead your player's development as a baseball player. This does not preclude your player from getting extra reps playing rec baseball, or playing another sport.
- Sunday games and/or tournaments with your Hawks baseball team will continue.
- One or two weekly practices, one at The Nest Baseball Academy and one field practice, with other full program players that are similar in age and skill level.
- Standard monthly dues apply.
Plus Pack (Still Being Developed --- Coming Soon)
- Virtual coaching platform through Level 5 Baseball (another Holistic baseball company) valued at $99/mo.
- Access to "same day rentals" cage time at The Nest Baseball Academy.
- Blast Premium Services for use with the Blast bat sensor that combines pre-impact and post-impact swing metrics to give real-time hitting insights.
- *** Pricing and more information / value coming soon. Likely available to non-Hawks and Little League only players as well.
Additional advanced baseball training opportunities are available at a per event, flexible pricing model and can be found in your player's TeamSnap or at The Nest Baseball Academy website.
Is the Spring Program Open to New Hawks Players?
Yes!
