TeamSnap

As an organization we use TeamSnap for team management and communication. It is important that all our families are proficient at using this tool. The information below is an introduction to how we use it as well some "tips" that will help you best use the tool.

TeamSnap Availability -- IMPORTANT

We can not stress enough about how important TeamSnap availability updates are to the organization and our coaches. Please update your player's availability at least a week out and do your best to update availability when you receive notifications about new events.

Availability Notes

Availability is not always as simple as your player being at their team event or not. Sometimes they need to arrive late, or leave early. It is important that your coach is made aware beforehand.

There are also cases where you don't know their availability yet --- in this case, an availability note to your coaches as when you will know is helpful.

Using the TeamSnap app to add an availability note is not that intuitive, so see the screenshots here to see how you go into any TeamSnap event and then add an availability note.
